I was sent a sample of Chef Ian's sashimi and I love how fresh their salmon sashimi is. See how shiny the salmon is and how you can see the details clearly. Firm yet chewy, Chef Ian’s salmon sashimi was not mushy at all. I love how the beautiful plating of the sashimi, looking at it really entices my appetite.
