When it comes to availing at unlimited offerings, I cannot help but be wary of the quality of the food which is why it is always a treat to discover that restaurants that I have dined and liked have their own started unlimited deals. It's even more of a treat to discover if their unlimited deals are affordable. I previously reviewed Rosanjin Japanese Restaurant a few years ago when I dined with some relatives. I was surprised to find out that they have moved elsewhere and it seemed as though their prices have gone down.
Rosanjin Japanese Restaurant
Rosanjin Japanese Restaurant now caters more to students since its relocation to the University Belt area. It's no surprise that their prices are more affordable now, since they need to fit into a student friendly budget. Fortunately, their quality has not gown down along with their prices.
For P299, you can already enjoy unlimited ramen, tempura, sushi, tonkatsu and more. Sounds good, right?
Tempura
The tempura is okay but the breading is thick so eating too much of it can make you full quick.
Sushi
Ramen
We tried the Nagoya Spicy and the Hakata Tonkotsu ramen, both of these ramen contain bean sprouts and leeks. The noodles they used were noodles usually used for ramen. The Nagoya Spicy ramen had corn and ground pork while the Hakata Tonkotsu had egg and pork slices. The broth was not as rich as other ramen but it was flavorful. I like that the ramen came in half serving sizes which means you can try more flavors.
Sushi
The tempura roll was deliciously crunchy. The kani roll was good thanks to the kani salad on top but the first serving had more kani salad on top.
Tonkatsu
The tonkatsu was good too, it was crunchy but the sauce it came with didn't seem like tonkatsu sauce. It's better to use the sauce from the chicken teriyaki.
Karaage
The karaage was a big dry and the chicken was a bit tough, it came with mayonnaise but I preferred dipping it on the sauce that came with the chicken teriyaki.
Chicken Teriyaki
One of my favorites, the teriyaki was deliciously tender and it came with savory sauce that wasn't too sweet. Unlike other chicken teriyakis, their chicken teriyaki had a crunchy skin which made it so much better. It came with a lot of sauce too so you can dip the chicken in more sauce if you like it saucy. There's enough sauce to use it for the karaage and the tonkatsu.
They had iced tea, pink lemonade and blue lemonade for their unlimited drinks.

According to their Facebook page, they are open 10am to 10pm daily but you can message them to confirm as I've inquired their Facebook page regarding their availability on Sundays and they responded that they are open from 10am to 9pm on Sundays.
Unfortunately, all dishes with salmon were unavailable as well as the gyudon and kani salad. It was well worth the P299 we paid (each), the only downside, apart from not being able to try the salmon dishes, was the lack of parking but what can you expect, it's located in the University Belt area.
Location
Rosanjin Japanese Restaurant is located inside Laperal Youniversity Suites which is located at 853 Recto Avenue, Sampaloc, Manila.
