Brasserie on 3 serves quality seasonal dishes as part of its innovative menu. I was able to dine during their soft opening as part of our mini reception after our civil wedding was over. The soft opening price of their buffet was a steal. However, these pictures are from our second dining experience at Brasserie on 3.
Their salad station piqued my taste buds, especially after seeing that they toss the salad on the spot for you. Croutons, smoked chicken, Parmesan cheese, Caesar salad sauce and more are part of the salad station.
Baby Q had a blast because they had her favorite fruits at the fruit stations namely watermelon, papaya, dragon fruit and honeydew melon.
They also had a create your own halo-halo station.
Desserts are actually my favorite station at buffets especially at high end ones located at hotels. Of course, my love for macarons wouldn't let me ignore these delectable macarons.
They also offered plated desserts which you can order on the spot. If memory serves me right, the plated dessert at that time was strawberry panna cotta with raspberry sauce, Parmesan cheese, raspberry, white chocolate with pinipig and a stick of chocolate. Surprisingly, I enjoyed the taste of strawberry panna cotta with Parmesan cheese.
If you're too busy enjoying your food to bother with deshelling your seafood like I was, this shrimp salad is for you.
Of course, there's something for those who prefer their seafood fresh.
Hawaiian pizza, margherita pizza and seafood pizza were part of the pizza selection.
There was a huge donut wall which was too pretty to not take a photo of.
