Air Frying the fish was a hassle since it stuck to the pan. However, if you're like me and are afraid of oil splashing around then this is perfect for you. It was a whole lot less greasier than the deep fried fish but it had less moisture, making it drier.

As for the breading mix itself, it's crispy and it amplifies the flavor of the fish. Baby Q enjoyed eating the fish thanks to the Crispy Fry Fish Breading Mix. For moms who have a hard time feeding their kids fish, then this should be something you should definitely try out.
There were little to no oil splatters when the fish coated in the breading mix was deep-fried.

- 250 grams Tilapia
- 1 pack Crispy Fry® Fish Breading Mix
- 1 cup cooking oil
Procedure:
1. WASH fish and drain
2. COAT evenly with Crispy Fry® Fish Breading Mix.
3. FRY in oil with temperature of 175˚C - 185 ˚C until fish is cooked.

Ingredients:
- 500 grams Bangus, daing cu1 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp. pepper, ground
- 2 packs Crispy Fry® Fish Breading Mix
- 2 cups cooking oil
Procedure:
1. WASH fish and drain
2. MARINATE with vinegar and pepper, preferably overnight
3. COAT evenly with Crispy Fry® Fish Breading Mix.
4. FRY in oil with temperature of 175˚C - 185 ˚C until fish is cooked.
